Payment Methods

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept EFT payments and card payments with PayFast

Q: Do you wholesale poker products to retailers/businesses?
A: We provide all customers with wholesale prices upfront, but we do offer special rates to retailers purchasing poker supplies in bulk. Retailers must prove their status before an order will be filled. Poker has never been more popular, and poker products such as poker sets & poker chips are a great way to boost sales. They are also great gifts for clients.

Shipping Policy

Q: Do you ship poker products outside of South Africa?
A: We currently ship poker products only within South Africa. We will be shipping our products internationally soon.

Q: What are your methods of shipping poker products?
A: We use Courier services, normally takes 2-4 working days

Q: Are all of your poker products sent via Courier?
A: Yes, all of our products are sent via Courier unless otherwise agreed upon.

Q: How are shipping rates determined for your poker products?
A: Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the products.

Q: Can I track my poker shipment online?
A: Every purchase you make SA Poker Shop, shipped via courier services can be tracked

Return & Refund Policy

Q: What do I do if I need to return an item?
A: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Q: What if I need to cancel an order I placed?
A: Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after the orders have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 30% restocking fee plus a return freight charge. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping or order processing
