Q: Do you ship poker products outside of South Africa?
A: We currently ship poker products only within South Africa.We will be shipping our products internationally soon.

Q: What are your methods of shipping poker products?
A: We use Courier services, normally takes 2-4 working days

Q: Are all of your poker products sent via Courier?
A: Yes, all of our products are sent via Courier unless otherwise agreed upon.

Q: How are shipping rates determined for your poker products?
A: Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the products.

Q: Can I track my poker shipment online?
A: Every purchase you make SA Poker Shop, shipped via courier services can be tracked

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept EFT payments

Q: Do you wholesale poker products to retailers/businesses?
A: We provide all customers with wholesale prices up front, but we do offer special rates to retailers purchasing poker supplies in bulk. Retailers must prove their status before an order will be filled. Poker has never been more popular, and poker products such as poker sets & poker chips are a great way to boost sales. They are also great gifts for clients.

Q: What do i do if i need to return an item?
A: Contact us at sales@sapokershop.co.za with pictures and a description of the item being returned.

Q: What if I need to cancel an order I placed?
A: Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after the orders have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 30% restocking fee plus return freight charge. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping or order processing
